Delivery & Returns
The postage and packaging cost is calculated at checkout using a matrix model taking into account your postcode (which is grouped into zones) the weight of the products and the value of goods in your basket.
Our minimum order value is £50ex. VAT and we offer free carriage for order over £100ex. VAT to addresses in mainland UK.
Your order should be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. We will deliver the Products ordered to the delivery address supplied by you.
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that if incorrect information is given resulting in a miss-guided or incorrect delivery attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge subject to the size of the goods ordered. We cannot guarantee that all your goods will arrive in one consignment as certain orders may be sent to you in instalments depending on product availability.

Free Delivery Over £100 is only valid for Zones A as other areas cost considerably more. For more information on zones please see table below.

We currently only accept orders from UK customers through our website but we do quote for international delivery on request. Please submit a query through the contact us page here
To be eligible for a return:
All claims for returns must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods
If a claim is authorised the goods must be returned within 14 working days
Goods must be unused, unopened and in a resalable condition
If you are sending back glass, ensure that you have adequate insurance for shipping glassware
You must include returns documentation with your parcel so that we can identify it. This will advised once a member of staff has reviewed your request.
Please note that we cannot use our own courier to collect unwanted goods

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return products back to us, please use the contact form below to let us know about the return as well as the reason for the return. Once we have reviewed the case, we will provide you with the return address and advice on the documentation that will be required inside the package to process the return.
